    • User Role: (e.g., Student, Fresher, Experienced Professional, Recruiter/Employer) To customize the mock test difficulty, interview practice, and app features according to your background.
  • Professional & Resume Data (Optional / Feature Specific):
    • Resume / CV Uploads: To perform AI-driven skill gap analysis, resume evaluations, and targeted job role matching.
    • Practice Response Data: Text, audio, or video responses provided during mock tests for scoring and feedback.
  • Device & Usage Data:
    • Log information, IP address, operating system, and app usage metrics collected automatically to improve app performance and troubleshoot bugs.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following specific purposes:

  • To create, maintain, and secure your user account.
  • To personalize your AI mock test experience based on your selected Role and career goals.
  • To provide resume scoring and skill gap analysis.
  • To send operational notifications, security alerts, and account updates.
  • To analyze app performance, fix technical issues, and improve user experience.

3. Data Security

We prioritize the security of your personal data:

  • Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard HTTPS / TLS protocols.
  • Password Hashing: Passwords are never stored in plain text; they are secured using strong one-way hashing algorithms.
  • Access Control: Restricted access to production databases ensures only authorized personnel handle data.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data only with trusted third-party service providers necessary to operate the App:

  • Cloud Infrastructure Providers: (e.g., Firebase, AWS, Google Cloud) for hosting, database management, and backend operations.
  • AI Processing APIs: To evaluate mock tests and analyze resumes (data sent to AI partners is strictly used to generate feedback and is governed by strict privacy controls).
  • SMS / Communication Gateways: For sending authentication OTPs to your phone number.

5. Account Deletion and Data Retention

In accordance with Google Play User Data policies, you have full control over your personal data:

  • In-App Account Deletion: You can request account deletion at any time directly inside the App under Settings > Account > Delete Account.
  • Web Request Deletion: You may also request account deletion without reinstalling the app by visiting our web deletion page at or emailing us at dibyajyotiranjan3@gmail.com.
  • Effect of Deletion: Once requested, your profile data (Name, Email, Phone Number, Password, Role, Resumes, and Mock Test History) will be permanently deleted from our primary databases within [e.g., 30 days].

6. Children’s Privacy

Our App is designed for job seekers and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain regions). If we learn that we have collected data from a child without parental consent, we will delete it immediately.
